A. Board to consider a Resolution calling for a special election of the registered voters of

the school district to be held on March 12, 2024, to approve or deny the issuance of

General Obligation School Building Bonds, in an amount NOT TO EXCEED $17,950,000

for the purpose of constructing new additions and renovations of educational

classrooms, safety and security upgrades, a new competition gymnasium, and related

improvements to the district’s facilities, as well as all associated equipment and

apparatus.

B. Motion to appoint educational foundation members to a three-year term- Lori Archer,

Laurie Soll and Toni Goeken.

C. Board Review of School Health Services

D. Board discussion of Superintendent Contract.

Contract will be approved at February meeting.
