"We LOVE our grandparents"
In preschool, we have been talking about our families.
The students shared their family pictures, and we put them on our family wall. They talked about who was in their families, from brothers, sisters, parents to pets and grandparents. They discussed the things they like to do as families, including playing outside, camping and playing Barbies.
The preschoolers finished the unit by inviting some special guests. Our Grandparents came to visit for Grandparents Day, and we enjoyed showing off our favorite things in the classroom.
"It was a great opportunity for the grandparents to meet our classroom friends and to see what we do each day. Thank you so much grandparents for taking time out of your day to visit us. We love you," said PK3 teacher Mrs. Carri Schuttler.
