All about Bancroft- Rosalie Career Academy
Bancroft-Rosalie Community Schools offers an opportunity for all students to participate in a Career Academy Program. The Career Academies allow students to obtain certifications and take dual credit classes at no cost as they complete a Career Academy Pathway.
Programs Available:
Bancroft-Rosalie currently has four state recognized Career Academy Pathways
Architectural Design --- Construction --- Health Science --- Welding
Voluntary Participation:
Participation in the Career Academy program is voluntary. If the student does not like the Career Academy Pathway they chose, they can change academy programs at the end of a semester. Enrollment in programs at Pathways 2 Tomorrow (P2T) can only be done at the beginning of each school year. Students will be required to provide a written statement as to why they are opting out or changing Academy Programs.
Career Academy students who have completed the Academy Program will be recognized at Awards Night and Graduation in the Spring. Most Career academy students will graduate with at least 15 college credits which start them on the path toward a degree.
Bancroft-Rosalie Career Academy Programs follow the Nebraska Career Field Model, State Programs of Study, and Department of Education Rule 47.
All Career Academy Programs include opportunities for internships and Work-Based Learning.
