VB team making comeback

The BRLD volleyball team started their season by competing in the NEN Tournament.

On Aug. 31, they faced Wakefield and Wisner-Pilger in Wisner. The Lady Wolverines were not victorious in these games. On Sept. 2, the Wolverines came back to face Pender, Oakland–Craig and Allen in Pender. They won each of these games and played much better as a team.

The BRLD ladies received a gold medal for being the winners of the bronze division of the NEN tournament. Coach Rebecca James is excited for the continued growth and improvement of this team as they continue on into this season.
