Students acclimating to new year
by Stephanie Wiese
As the first couple of weeks of school flow by, students are finding themselves overflowing with excitement, tension and fresh faces all around.
Students are brushing up on their PBIS (Positive Behaviorial Interventions and Support) skills as well as getting back into the rhythm of waking up early and doing their homework every night.
To encourage these behaviors, teachers are giving out GRRs as a reward for good behavior and following instructions. Turning in a GRR can get students stickers, mints, an ice cream treat or even parking with the teachers.
We are looking forward to a great year at Bancroft-Rosalie!
