The Lady Panthers went to Wakefield on Tuesday, the 14th to play the Howells Bobcats and the Wakefield Trojans. In the first match the Lady Panthers lost to Howells 25-13 in the first set and in the second set Lady Panthers got a little closer but were defeated 25-20. Tracey N. and Bryna F. had seven set assists. Jade F. had 7 kills and Jessica T. had 3 kills. Then came the Wakefield Trojans. The Trojans won the first set 25-20. During the second set the Lady Panthers came out in a win 25-14. A third set had to be played and the Panthers went out again and won the third set 25-20. Jade F. had 11 kills; Jessica T. had 9 kills; Allie V. had 4 kills and Tracey N. had 11 set assists. The Lady Panthers next match will be September 18th at Midland College in Fremont for the Cedar Bluffs tournament.
