JH Boys Basketball Tournament

Dr. Cerny just received a call from Jeff Baldwin that the Nielsen Foundation met this morning and approved a $50,000 grant to the Bancroft-Rosalie Fitness Room.
With the $50,000 the Village of Bancroft already approved, we need only $50,000 to purchase high quality fitness equipment for our students and the community.
The Dinklage Foundation meets in January to act on our request for the remaining $50,000.
Black Hills Energy is also interested in making a donation to the school. Matt has been talking to their rep and we asked that the money go toward the Fitness Center. I should know in the next week or so what amount they have in mind.
We are in the process of ordering the equipment and scheduling delivery.
As the "A" team movie said “I love it when a plan comes together.”

Some very exciting news:

The tree is going up today here at B-R.

Weather Briefing for this weekend at www.weather.gov/media/oax/DssPacket.pdf. Safe travels.
B-R JAG Program teamed up with our elementary Panthers to collect Ramen to supplement NENCAP's local food pantries. The event was also part of a friendly competition among several other regional JAG programs. B-R came out with the win and our 5th grade came out on top as the class with the largest collection! Thank you to ALL our elementary classes for the amazing donations resulting in over 3,300 packages of Ramen!
