Summer Den Program Off to a Great Start Our Summer Den Program is off to a great start after two fun-filled days of activities. Participants enjoyed a variety of art and science projects, interactive games, and hands-on learning experiences. We were excited to partner with the Cuming County and Thurston County Extension Offices, whose staff provided engaging educational activities for the youth. The combination of learning, creativity, and teamwork made for a successful beginning to the program. We look forward to many more exciting activities throughout the summer!

There are a lot of empty halls right now but there is a lot going on behind the scene. After almost twenty-five years of serving as a building administrator, Mr. Lurz started a term as superintendent of Bancroft-Rosalie Community Schools this week. A few Lady Panthers were present in the gym during the morning facility inspection tour. It is indeed an honor to be here and represent a new hue of blue! There is so much to be proud of at B-R!

Congratulations to Bancroft-Rosalie senior Lucas Engel for finishing 9th today at the Nebraska Class D State Track and Field Championships! Lucas had a best throw of 48' 10" which was good enough to make finals and move him to #3 on the all-time B-R top 10 Shot Put list. Congratulations Lucas on a great ending to a great track career!

Today, on our final teacher workday of the school year, we had the privilege of celebrating several incredible staff members whose years of dedication, service, and heart have helped shape the spirit of B-R.

Behind every successful school year are the people who pour their time, energy, compassion, and unwavering commitment into our students and school community day after day. Their impact reaches far beyond the classroom walls — inspiring growth, building relationships, and creating lasting memories for generations of students.

We are deeply grateful for the years they have devoted to B-R and for the difference they continue to make in the lives of so many. Thank you for your dedication, your passion, and the countless ways you help our school family thrive.

Congratulations to those we honored today — your commitment and legacy are truly worth celebrating. ❤️🎉

The 1st Graders had such a fun year of learning, exploring, and growing. We Made It! The students are so excited for the new building. It felt important to capture them at this age in the new part. It's a new chapter at Bancroft-Rosalie - we're so lucky to be a part of it. Happy Summer!!

Today is the day. ❤️

The seniors who once walked through our doors as little kindergarteners are now preparing to cross the stage tonight and become proud B-R alumni. From first-day jitters and tiny backpacks to unforgettable memories, achievements, friendships, and milestones — it has been an honor to watch this class grow into the incredible young adults they are today.

To the Class of 2026: thank you for the memories, the laughter, the school spirit, and the impact you’ve made on our halls and hearts. We are beyond proud of each and every one of you and cannot wait to see where life takes you next.

No matter where your journey leads, you will always have a home at B-R. 💙

Congratulations, Class of 2026! 🎓
