Brook Snyder and AJ Wiese have both been selected for the Class D All-State Band which is held in March. AJ is the first chair in the Wind Ensemble and Brook is the 10th chair in the symphonic band.

The State Patrol has arrested a person in Omaha for leaving a threatening message on the school voicemail. We recognized the voice and had law enforcement on site until the location of the person was determined.

A suspicious phone message was left on the school voicemail Saturday. The school has contacted the State Patrol and the Cuming County Sheriff's office and they are investigating the situation. We hope to have it resolved this morning. Until then, the building is in Secure Status, limiting outside visitors.

Several of the juniors from B-R's JAG class spent Thursday in Omaha learning more about what the University of Nebraska-Omaha and Creighton University has to offer. The class has had the chance to visit 6 college campuses so far this year as they work on finding the best fit for them after high school.
