The 1^st graders are learning about animal adaptations in Science. Students experimented with - Which Beak is Best? The beaks we used were spoons, tweezers, and clothespins. The "food" we picked up was marbles, straws, and toothpicks. Students learned through this experiment that different birds have different beaks due to their diet.
