On Monday, Aug. 21, Mrs. Stanek's 2nd graders learned about the Great American Solar Eclipse.
At 1 p.m., they were able to watch a livestream of the eclipse in its totality. Throughout the day, the students also participated in other eclipse-related activities such as educational videos and demonstrations that furthered their knowledge of what occurs during a solar eclipse.
The class ended the day creating a memory page about the eclipse.
