NSAA recognizes Panthers
It's difficult to be a high school student these days and to not only maintain good grades but to do it while also competing in athletics is even more challenging.
The Nebraska School Activities Association along with the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association does a great job of recognizing these students who have been nominated by their schools, based on their individual academic excellence, leadership and significant contributions made to their NSAA activity.
The NSAA and NCPA recognized all 2,301 award winners of the Spring Academic All-State Award, including Bancroft-Rosalie senior Paige Peters for girls track and field, and junior Luke Kramer for boys track and field. Making the grade during the winter season were Peters for girls basketball, fellow classmates Kariden Briggs and Zoe Sjuts for speech, and sophomore Dylan Beutler for boys basketball.
This brings the total number of Academic All-State Award winners to more than 73,000 spanning the 13 years of the awards program.
