Students take part in "friendly" competition
The Bancroft-Rosalie School has been utilizing IXL for several years now, and teachers have been using it to help students work on classroom math skills at home.
Mrs. Breanna Monroe started IXL competitions this year in her room. She grouped her students into teams, and they compete to see who can master the most skills.
In response, they have worked diligently to not only master skills but to beat each other in the competition. As of last month, they had answered 8,600 questions since the start of the school year.
