TeamMates is enrolled in the Back to School challenge for recruitment.

We complete with schools across Nebraska to see how many new mentors we can get, and the challenge runs from August to November, but at the end, TeamMates wants to do a fun spirit day, said Addison Johnson, juvenile diversion coordinator for the surrounding areas.

On Thursday, organizers are inviting all mentors, faculty and staff to wear their alma mater's colors and gear.
