Each year, students entering 7th grade as well as those in 8th grade and high school need to submit physicals before they are allowed to practice and participate in sporting events this fall.

Access to the Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) and Pre-Participation Physical Form is now easier than ever with the addition of the forms to the B-R website. They are located under "Quick Links" on the right-hand side of the front page. The NSAA form requires signatures from both the parent and student. The Pre-Participation Physical Form is filled out and signed by a doctor or physician assistant.
