Let the "Games" begin!
One Act's first performance!

The One-Act team went to the Stanton Play Festival for their first competition on Tuesday, November 8th. The play this year is called "Games." Even though there were not team awards, the best performers from each play were recognized, as well as best overall actor and actress. Ryan W and Amanda B received best performers honors from the B-R cast. The festival was a great way for participants to practice and enjoy other great plays.
The team was pleasantly surprised to meet Fred Figglehorn at the competition. Fred has 2 movies and has been on other TV shows. The one act cast had the opportunity to take a picture with him.
The next performance is November 17th, 2011 at Wisner-Pilger High School. Come see the cast perform at home on Friday November 18th.
