B-R Athletes Recognized at Annual Banquet

The Bancroft-Rosalie School held their annual Athletic Banquet on Monday, April 4th. Duane Flock was presented with this year's School Volunteer Service award. He was honored for 19 years of announcing B-R Football games beginning in 1977 through 1996. Each coach presented his or her athletes with their individual awards. Other awards given out were the Russ Herman Memorial Scholarship and the Lifter of the Year award. Tracey N. and Alex S. were awarded the Army Reserve Scholar Athlete Award. Mr. Hulstein presented Jessica T, and Alex S. with the Sportmanship Award. The most valuable Athlete award will be announced at the 7-12 Academic Awards on May 10. The advanced computers class put together the video presentation showing each team's highlights through the year.
