This year our school welcomes a new teacher to its staff. Mr. Smith, a native of Ashland, Nebraska is joining our ranks as the new K-12 music teacher. He participated in music in school, including the Big Red Express (Pep Band) at UNL, where he majored in music education and saxophone. Before coming to teach at Bancroft-Rosalie, Mr. Smith taught in 11 different Lincoln schools as a substitute for all subjects, including music and art. His hobbies include music, white-water rafting, mountain climbing, trap shooting, and enjoying family time with his wife at their home in Wisner, Nebraska.
