Advanced Computer Applications Class Participates in Contest

Previously in January, the Advanced Computer Applications class took part in the Cuming County Juvenile Awareness Group, or JAG, to keep focus on youth safety. What they had to do was develop a 30–second PSA on DVD format. The students of B-R and what they produced as follows:
Alex S.,on Texting &Driving
Taylor O., and Kim P., on Internet Safety
Jeremy S., on Alcohol & Drug Prevention
Amber S., on Prescription Drug Abuse
On February 1, 2010 their time was up and their DVDs were do. Their entries will be judged by the JAG members later this month. The winner will be aired on the Cable One channel, and KTIC-The Bull, also the winner will be given a $500 dollar cash prize for technology equipment in his/her school.
