Deric D. is this week's Senior Spotlight!

Deric (Red) D. is this week’s Senior Spotlight! Deric’s classmates would say that he is a slave, athletic, funny, a procrastinator, and talkative. He enjoys playing basketball and having fun in his free time. Some of his favorite things include: blue, basketball, stromboli, government, the movie I Am Legend, all songs except for oldies, and the Double Cheeseburger with fries and a vanilla milk shake from Dairy Queen. Deric’s favorite teacher is Mrs. H since Zav has been mean lately. His most memorable experience at B-R is his senior year basketball season. Deric’s plan for his future after high school is to attend Northeast Community College and major in business management and play basketball. He says he will miss being able to see friends everyday, sports, and telling Jace “IT’S FRIDAY!!” Something that you may not know about Deric is that he is scared to death of snakes. His advice for the underclassmen is, “Don’t be shy and have as much fun as you possibly can.”
